City Office Sunday Hours

Hours: Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Note: The City Office will still be open if Sunday falls on a national holiday but not during the year-end/New Year holidays (December 29 through January 3). Also, the City Office will be closed when Sunday falls on the last day of the month.

Location: Shinagawa City Office 3F. Please use the entrance/exit on the City Office Hon Chosha third floor or the entrance/exit on the City Assembly Building third floor.


Available Services:
Limited Foreign Resident Registration Services
Applications for foreign resident registration; changes in address, period of stay, etc.; issuance of certified copies of foreign resident registration; applications for seal registration; and issuance of certified copies of seal registration

Limited National Health Insurance Services
Applications for acquisition/loss/change in National Health Insurance eligibility and issuance of National Health Insurance cards
